1. Information we collect

When you request a walkthrough, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, business email address, phone number, and preferred time to be contacted. We also receive information contained in later communications with you.

For website operation, security, and abuse prevention, we may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, referring page, and ordinary server logs. Our hosting and security providers may process similar technical information on our behalf.

2. How we use information

We use website information to:

• respond to your walkthrough request and communicate about BDC Evolution;
• schedule demonstrations and maintain related business records;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
• detect spam, fraud, misuse, and security threats; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Submitting a walkthrough request asks us to contact you about that request. We do not treat the form as consent to automated marketing calls or text messages.

3. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us host and secure the website, deliver internal email, manage business communications, or provide professional services. Those providers receive information only for the services they perform for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or systems, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction.

BDC Evolution does not sell personal information or share it for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and browser signals

The website or its hosting and security providers may use cookies or similar technology that is necessary to operate, secure, and remember the state of the website. We do not currently use information from the walkthrough form for targeted advertising.

Because the public website does not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-site behavioral advertising, it does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We will update this policy if those practices change.

5. Retention

We retain walkthrough requests and related communications only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on whether you become a customer, the status of our communications, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

6. Your choices and requests

You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted through the website. You may also ask us to stop non-transactional email. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and applicable law may permit us to retain certain records.

8. Children

The website is intended for dealership and business professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the walkthrough form.

9. Other services

The public website may link to the BDC Evolution application, public demonstration, or third-party services. Information handled inside a dealership account is also governed by the applicable dealership agreement and product terms. Third-party websites operate under their own privacy notices.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how previously collected information is used, we will provide additional notice when required.
